Delete your account

You can delete your JustXpress account at any time, and you do not need to ask us for permission or give a reason. There are two ways to do it. Deleting from inside the app is immediate; asking us by message takes a little longer because we verify the request first.

Delete it yourself, in the app

This is the fastest route and takes effect straight away.

Open the JustXpress app and sign in, if you are not already signed in.
Go to the More tab.
Tap Delete my account, at the bottom of the screen.
Confirm. Your account is erased at once and you are signed out.

Ask us to delete it

Use this if you have already uninstalled the app, or if you cannot sign in. Send us the phone number the account was registered with.

We confirm the request is genuinely from you before erasing anything, then delete the account within 7 days and write back to tell you it is done.

We check because a courier account holds a delivery history. Acting on an unverified message would let someone else erase your account, so a short verification step protects you rather than delays you.

What is deleted, and what we keep

Deleting your account erases you as a user of the app:

Your sign-in	Deleted. The phone number and any email on the login are removed, and the app is signed out on every device.
Saved pickup addresses	Deleted.
Notification preferences	Deleted.
Push notification registrations	Deleted. No further notifications can reach your devices.
Notifications already sent to you	Deleted.
Company group membership	Deleted.
Shipment records	Kept. See below.

Why shipment records are kept

A consignment is a commercial and customs record of goods that were actually carried across a border, and it belongs to the shipment rather than to your login. We are required to keep it, and we cannot delete it on request. Invoices, customs paperwork and the delivery history stay in our books for 8 years, as Indian tax and company law requires, and are then removed.

Once your account is deleted these records are no longer connected to any login. Nobody can sign in and see them, and you will not receive messages or notifications from us about them.
